Refund and Return Policy.

You may request a refund or exchange within 30 days after receiving the product, provided that:

• The item is unused;
• It is in its original packaging;
• All tags and accessories are intact.

How to request

Send an email to contato@conecthouse.com with:

• Order number;
• Reason for return;
• Photos of the product (if applicable).

Shipping costs

If the error was on our part (wrong or defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs.

Otherwise, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refund processing

Once we receive and inspect the item, the refund will be processed within up to 7 days.
